Jennifer has received the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle award consecutively in 2021, 2022 and 2023. This award targets the top 10% of individuals in the Coldwell Banker system worldwide. Jennifer ranks in the top 1% of all agents within all real estate agencies serving the Pikes Peak region. In 2023, she was honored to be chosen as a listee for Marquis’ Who’s Who, which is a publication dating back to 1898, celebrating the legacies of today's leaders and achievers from both the United States and around the world and from every significant field of endeavor. She received this as a result of hard work, determination, honesty, and communication, all of which allow clients to develop a close and trusting relationship with her.
Jennifer works adamantly for her clients, which is why she has been able to grow her business with word-of-mouth referrals. Her motto is: “Work Hard & Be Kind to People”, and her reviews speak for themselves.
Jennifer is certified as a Military Relocation Professional, a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a Seller Representative Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Senior Real Estate Specialist and as a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist. Real Estate had always been of interest to Jennifer for as long as she can remember, and after successfully running her own business in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years, she was looking for another career where she could continue to serve others.
Jennifer has a friendly personality that draws people close to her and has a mindset for helping others in any and every capacity. She brings great compassion to each situation and to everyone she encounters. Jennifer is an excellent communicator and pays great attention to detail which are two qualities that are so important when you are looking for a REALTOR®. Of utmost importance is that you can count on Jennifer to be ethical and honest. Jennifer has lived in the Colorado Springs area for over 25 years, so she is very familiar with each area and what they uniquely have to offer. Another asset Jennifer brings to the real estate field is her skill in home decorating and design, which can aid clients immensely in getting their homes staged to sell or in seeing opportunities within a new home that may otherwise be overlooked. She realizes that purchasing and/or selling is an emotional experience, and she looks forward to being an integral part of your support system while developing a lasting, meaningful connection with you.
Jennifer lost her Dad to suicide when she was 16 and her beautiful Mom in 2018 to a long battle with breast cancer, so she respects life, loved ones, and relationships, and it shows in her work as a REALTOR®. She donates a portion of each of her commission checks to local charities, individuals, or families in need, and she offers to clients the ability for them to choose who receives that donation. When Jennifer is not out in the real estate field (which is rare!), she finds enjoyment in hiking and climbing the impeccably beautiful Colorado 14'er mountains, kayaking, and spending time with her two rescue dogs.
